Super Committee of Failures

The Super Committee of 12 failed to find a way for our government to cut $1.2 trillion over the next ten years.

How can a dozen of our leaders fail us like this?

Yes, they have failed US!  The American people.  We all pay lots of taxes.  Just about everything we do is taxed.  We’re taxed in life and we even pay death taxes.

There’s plenty of money, in my opinion.  However, our governmental leaders squander and waste much of it.  (Can anybody say Solyndra?  How about Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac? How about unnecessary wars abroad, needless military bases in foreign countries & very pricey defense contractors?)

Why is the government NOT ACCOUNTABLE with the spending of OUR money?

Last week Congress failed to vote on an amendment which would have required us to balance the budget!  How can this happen?  How can anybody argue with a principle that says we cannot spend more than we take in?!?

This is irresponsible, plain and simple.

It’s no wonder there is a growing wave of people in this country who want to vote everybody currently in office out & start all over.

It’s no wonder why Congressional approval ratings are in the toilet.

We have a MASSIVE spending and borrowing problem in this nation and a “super committee” arrives at a deadlock?  Really?

No solution.  No leadership.  These 12 are a SUPER FAILURE – no different than the governmental bodies of which they are members.
